Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. CLVB relates to nightlife venues that may serve alcohol, and by using the Services you confirm you meet the legal drinking age applicable in your jurisdiction where relevant. You must also have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2. Your account

• Accounts are created and authenticated using your phone number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@clvb.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Description of the Services

CLVB is a discovery and booking platform that allows users to browse venues, view live capacity and city activity, reserve tables or guestlist spots, purchase CLVB Pass memberships, and optionally connect with other users through a matching and chat feature. The CLVB Partner app allows venue owners and staff to manage bookings, floor plans, staff, and payouts for their own venue(s).

CLVB is a technology platform. We are not the operator of any venue — venues are independently owned and operated businesses. CLVB is not responsible for the conduct, safety, service quality, pricing accuracy, or legal compliance of any venue.

4. Bookings, payments & CLVB Pass

• Prices, availability, and booking terms are set by individual venues and may change without notice.
• Payments made through the Services are processed by third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to that provider's applicable terms.
• Cancellations and refunds for bookings and CLVB Pass are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, together with any venue-specific policy shown at the time of booking.
• CLVB Pass benefits are subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase and may vary by city, venue, or membership tier.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, including laws relating to alcohol consumption and age restrictions.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, including through the chat/matching feature.
• Impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation.
• Upload content that is obscene, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' accounts.
• Use the Services to spam, scrape, or resell venue bookings or reservations commercially without our written permission.

We may investigate and take action — including warnings, feature restrictions, or account suspension — against accounts that violate this section.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos, messages, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant CLVB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it solely to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share Your Content and that it does not infringe on anyone else's rights.

7. Venue partners

If you use the CLVB Partner app on behalf of a venue, you represent that you are authorized to act for that venue and to accept bookings, manage floor/staff data, and receive payouts on its behalf. Payout timing, fees, and settlement terms will be set out in your venue partner agreement or in-app disclosures.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including the CLVB name, logo, app design, and underlying software, are owned by INFLU MEDIA TECH and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you to use the Services, no other rights are granted.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that venue information (such as capacity, availability, or pricing) is always accurate or up to date, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. CLVB does not endorse and is not liable for the actions, omissions, or policies of any venue, staff, or other user.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INFLU MEDIA TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services, including any incident occurring at a venue booked through CLVB. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INFLU MEDIA TECH and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

12. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or to protect the safety of other users or venues. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time; see our Account & Data Deletion page.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice through the app or other means. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
